Job Description

Name of position: Sales Executive (Bio Microscope)
1. Job discription:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for microscope
and solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in laboratory, scientific, and
research fields.
Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs,
providing product demonstrations, and offering suitable solutions.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,
and customer requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure clients receive optimal support for
installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring both customer
satisfaction and company profitability.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company's
products and expand the customer base.
2. Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields (preferred but not required)
Having experience in business, preferably in microscopes or medical devices or scientific
industries is a plus.
Strong knowledge of laboratory products and solutions with the ability to explain
technical information to clients.
Ability to work independently as well as in teams, manage multiple projects, and meet
deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
