We are hiring a Sales Admin & Executive Support to work directly with the CEO and help run our sales funnel day to day.

This role combines sales support, admin, and PA-style coordination. You will manage leads, follow up outreach, keep the sales pipeline organized, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

You will communicate with clients, prospects, and senior internal stakeholders, so confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

This is not a passive admin role. We are looking for someone proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management

Track inbound and outbound leads across all channels
Maintain CRM and sales tracking tools
Ensure timely follow-ups and next steps for all leads
Support the CEO in progressing deals through the funnel

Outreach & Follow-Ups

Send and manage email and LinkedIn follow-ups
Track responses and schedule calls or meetings
Ensure no leads or conversations go cold

Executive & Admin Support

Support the CEO with sales-related admin and coordination
Schedule meetings, manage reminders, and follow up actions
Prepare basic sales notes, summaries, and documents

Reporting & Accountability

Prepare simple weekly sales and pipeline reports
Track outreach activity and performance
Flag delays, risks, or dropped tasks early

Communication

Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
Represent the company professionally in written and verbal communication

RequirementsExperience

24 years experience in sales admin, sales support, admin, PA, or operations
Experience working with sales funnels or CRM systems is a strong advantage
Experience supporting senior management or founders is a plus

Skills

Strong organization and follow-up skills
Excellent written English, especially email
Confident communicator with clients and senior stakeholders
Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM tools, and task systems
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive

Qualifications:

At least 2 years previous experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the IT industry.
A positive team player with a Can do attitude who is able to work independently.
Experience in working structured and proactively.
Passionate about sales and excelling as an outgoing salesperson in the field.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
Technical knowledge of Web Development and SEO/AI (GEO) is a plus.
Experience in working with Google Workspace software and CRM software is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills (Written and verbal) in English. Preferably also Vietnamese.
