Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Admin to serve the Maha's Bronze customers on their enquiries, provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support by managing quotations, customer enquiries, regular orders follow-up, order processing, and coordination with suppliers and internal departments such as order planning, sample request, and sample courier process. This role ensures smooth customer success journeys and business operations, strong customer relationships, and supports business growth in the chemical trading industry.
Key Responsibilities
Bronze Customer Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong strategic relationships with key clients to understand their business objectives and challenges. To secure existing business
- Develop customized solutions that address client needs and drive business growth.
- Engage with existing key accounts (Bronze) to drive sales growth, leveraging data insight & inventory management to identify sales orders.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings, ensuring clients are informed and excited about our solutions.
- Proactively monitor account performance metrics and implement improvement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Support:
- Act as indoor-sales to handle client inquiries, addressing concerns swiftly and effectively to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide comprehensive support to Bronze customers, including preparing accurate quotes (follow price approval by LL), ensure VOC of bronze customers meets the VOC target that is set by each BUs.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in CRM systems to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and update information on slow-moving stock, analyzing trends to develop strategies for inventory optimization.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement clearance strategies and promotions to reduce slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained to meet client demands without overstocking and shortages by working closely with demand planning.
- Attend SMS monthly meetings to understand follow-up actions and coordinate with customers to clear outstanding SMS items.
- Ensure the collection of Bronze customers follows the target AR days.
- Ensure customer satisfaction rates meet company targets.
- Handle samples and goods delivery issues to meet customers requirements and company standards.
- Complete other transactional tasks assigned by superiors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in indoor-sales, sales coordination, customer service, or order management, preferably in the chemical or B2B industry.
- Strong understanding of pre-sales and order-to-cash processes.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (preferred)
- Proficient in English, familiar with daily communication in foreign languages, and able to communicate fluently with foreign clients.
- Have a spirit of teamwork and mutual assistance, and be able to closely cooperate and collaborate with relevant departments.
- Hard-working, careful, strong sense of responsibility, positive and upright attitude.
