Our extensive nationwide network of partner hospitals and doctors is committed to supporting individuals and clinicians in selecting the right tests, interpreting results, and recommending appropriate treatment plans.

Position: Sales Executive

  • Job Description

Doctor & Hospital Relationship Development

Work directly with doctors, clinical departments, and hospitals to introduce the company's genetic testing services.

Build, maintain, and develop long-term collaborative relationships with doctors and hospitals.

Identify, approach, and develop potential doctors and hospital partners.

Test Consultation & Patient Support

Provide consultation on genetic testing to doctors and patients, including test indications, procedures, and turnaround time.

Support patients during the testing process when necessary.

Act as a liaison between the company, doctors, hospitals, and patients.

Medical Events & Department Activities

Plan and organize departmental meetings, scientific seminars, and CME activities.

Attend and coordinate medical conferences and healthcare events with hospital departments.

Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure events are conducted effectively and professionally.

Sales Planning & Reporting

Develop annual and quarterly sales plans in alignment with company direction.

Monitor work progress and prepare weekly reports.

Propose solutions to improve business performance and expand market reach.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with the Operations team to provide necessary information and ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.

Support related departments (operations, logistics, technical teams, etc.) during service implementation.

Candidate Requirements

College or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.

Sales background or experience is required; preference given to candidates with experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare services.

Experience working with doctors and hospitals is a strong advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

English requirement: good listening and speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment; capable of reading and understanding English documents.
