Responsibilities:

1Manage the entire sales process in local and surrounding markets, including identifying target markets, formulating sales strategies, executing sales plans, developing target customers, etc.

2Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking, working closely with local teams to develop sales pipelines and achieve sales targets

3Manage, strengthen, and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, both new and existing, by providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships

4Attend client meetings, understand client needs, and understand and interpret the company&aposs products and technical solutions and quotations to effectively address client requirements.

5Work with the marketing team to prepare and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to approach new customers, generate leads, and promote the companys products

6Regularly conduct market research, collect competitor information, analyze market trends, and provide support for company decision-making.

7Manage the sales team and achieve the team&aposs sales goals.

Experience / Qualifications

1. College degree or above.

2. At least 5 years of experience in the automation sales industry, familiar with industry trends and developments.

3. Already settled in Hanoi, Vietnam or plan to develop in the local area for a long time.adapt to business trips.

4. Proficient in Vietnamese, English or Chinese.

5. Ability requirement: Ability to understand and interpret technical solutions.Having excellent market development and customer relationship management skills.Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as team management abilities.
