Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with enterprise clients (Telco, Banking).
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, contract negotiation, deal closing, and payment follow-up.
- Drive customer adoption and articulate compelling value propositions around Cloud solutions & services.
- Work closely with presales and technical teams to understand customers business objectives and advise on suitable solutions.
- Manage account relationships, map decision-making hierarchies, and position Renova Cloud at senior levels.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure sales activities align with monthly KPIs.
- Continuously evaluate and restructure sales strategies, tools, and team performance for optimal results.
- Represent Renova Cloud at executive-level meetings, industry events, and customer presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelors degree required; MBA is a strong plus.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales management, preferably in Cloud/ICT/IT solutions.
- Strong background selling into Telecom and Banking sectors.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, G Suite, SaaS solutions) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record in building & managing sales teams.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinking with a consultative, solution-driven mindset.
