Job Description

We are seeking aNational Sales Directorto lead our sales team and drive growth for our AI-powered SaaS solutions. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the future of our business by expanding our market presence and building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing national sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop Strategy:Create and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Drive Revenue:Take full ownership of the national sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Market Insights:Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform product and sales strategies.
  • Customer Relations:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Reporting:Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports on team performance and market insights to executive leadership.

Job requirement

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • At least5-10 years of experiencein B2B SaaS sales/ AI solution/ Digital Transformation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Industry Knowledge:Proven track record of sellingAI solutions, enterprise software, or other complex technology products.
  • Leadership Skills:Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a history of building and motivating successful sales teams.
  • Strategic Thinking:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Communication:Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • English: Good English communication in both spoken and written skills (to work with client when needed)
