Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing national sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop Strategy:Create and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Drive Revenue:Take full ownership of the national sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Market Insights:Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform product and sales strategies.
- Customer Relations:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and partners.
- Reporting:Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports on team performance and market insights to executive leadership.
Job requirement
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- At least5-10 years of experiencein B2B SaaS sales/ AI solution/ Digital Transformation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Industry Knowledge:Proven track record of sellingAI solutions, enterprise software, or other complex technology products.
- Leadership Skills:Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a history of building and motivating successful sales teams.
- Strategic Thinking:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Communication:Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- English: Good English communication in both spoken and written skills (to work with client when needed)
