Job Description

We are hiring a Export Sales Director for one of our clients. Details mentioned below :

Job Overview and Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy:
  • Create and execute both long-term and short-term sales plans for international markets including the US, EU, Africa, and Latin America. Develop sales policies, wholesale pricing, discounts, and distribution channels tailored to each market. Focus on market expansion, acquiring new customers, and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Manage Sales Team:
  • Recruit, train, and lead the sales team. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets. Provide training in negotiation, closing deals, and high-level customer service.
  • Customer and Partner Relations:
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with key strategic customers such as distributors, wholesalers, and salon chains. Build sustainable relationships with international partners and accompany customers on long-term cooperative projects.
  • Market and Customer Analysis:
  • Monitor global hair extension demand trends. Analyze sales data, costs, and profits to optimize business strategies. Propose product development policies adapted to specific regions. Conduct business trips abroad to meet customers and understand market nuances.
  • Reporting and Internal Coordination:
  • Report sales and market status to CEO/Board of Directors. Collaborate closely with export marketing teams to generate leads and convert them into sales. Coordinate with production teams to ensure manufacturing and delivery schedules are met.

Required Skills and Experiences

  • University degree in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export or B2B sales, preferably in beauty, hair, fashion, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Experience in building and managing international sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strategic thinker with growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently handle tasks, and coordinate cross-departmentally.

Preferred Skills and Experiences

  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
