Job Summary
CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales B2B Leader (Direct) to manage B2B Sales Team:
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintaining good relationships and supporting distributors in business development.
- Handling arising issues and ensuring distributor satisfaction.
2. Building and Implementing Sales Strategy:
- Coordinating with the marketing department to develop appropriate promotional programs and sales strategies.
- Proposing and implementing sales activities to achieve set business targets.
3. Sales Performance Management:
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of distributors and sales activities.
- Analyzing sales data and making necessary adjustments to improve business performance.
4. Sales Team Training and Development:
- Organize training programs, guide and support the sales team of distributors.
- Build a strong and professional sales team.
5. Financial Planning:
- Plan the revenue, costs and profits of the distributor system.
- Ensure the achievement of the company&aposs business targets.
Qualifications
Education: UniversityDegree in Business, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: At least 4-5years of working experience in a Sales Role in FMCG advantage/ over 2 years at same position.
