This position is responsible to lead the development and execution of commercially driven initiatives to drive revenue growth, optimize trade promotions, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful client solutions.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development - B2B Sales
- Develop & implement B2B sales strategies for different channels/ customer (HORECA, chain restaurants, resellers...) and product lines (cakes, pastries, etc.)
- Expand Corporate sales opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Drive sales performance by leading sales planning, forecasting, and execution to achieve revenue and growth targets across B2B segments.
- Qualify leads, prepare commercial proposals, and coordinate onboarding logistics.
Commercial Growth & Trade Activation
- Partner with the Marketing team to implement B2B-focused promotions, discount campaigns, and seasonal trade offers aligned with growth objectives
- Drive pricing & margin optimization by coordinating closely with Category & Finance teams to validate profitability and ensure commercial viability of all campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and client feedback to extract insights and support continuous improvement of go-to-market strategies.
B2B Product Management
- Partner with Production, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams to develop and maintain a product assortment suitable for B2B buyers
- Provide input on pricing, packaging needs, and product gaps based on client feedback.
- Support new product launches, special product bundles, and custom requests for key clients.
- Monitor product performance in the B2B segment and flag assortment issues or demand shifts.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor client performance (order frequency, GMV, product mix) and identify opportunities for upselling or reactivation.
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress, campaign results, and category contribution for internal reviews.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or commercial roles.
- Experience in F&B, FMCG, or retail industries is required.
Work related skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closing and after-sales coordination.
- Proven ability to manage business accounts and coordinate internal teams to serve client needs.
- Familiarity with F&B product categories and buying behavior of restaurants/cafs is a plus.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally (e.g: Supply Chain, WH & Logistics, F&A, Marketing, Customer Services, etc..).
