Job Description
o Motivating and driving the Sales team to achieve the best results possible
o Setting activities and revenue targets for members of the sales team
o Regularly conducting training and development for all members of the Sales department
o Attending key meetings with members of the sales team
o Working on account management plans with the Sales Director
o Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
o Spotting market opportunities for new customers
o Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business
o Carrying on all aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department
o Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
o Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences
o Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances
What You Are Good At
o Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales management
o Previous experience successfully managing Sales teams, ideally from a similar industry
(prefer banking/insurance experience).
o Being able to conduct professional sales training would be a strong advantage
o Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
o Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire Sales teams
o Team-spirit in working with others and a service attitude
o Be able to manage priorities and workflow
o Problem-solving, analytical & Sales skills
o Results and people-oriented & people psychology
o Customer-focused
o High energy level
o Excellent communication, presentation & strong interpersonal skills
o Excellent command of written & spoken English and Vietnamese
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
o University Degree
