FINCON GLOBAL IS HIRING: Technical Business Analyst – Digital Lending

Fincon Global Service Corporation is a technology and operations company at the heart of the digital financial ecosystem. We connect banks, e-wallets, and credit partners to manage the end-to-end lending lifecycle—from origination and credit appraisal to disbursement and collections.

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who sits at the intersection of Business Analysis, Product Management, and Operational Process Design to translate business requirements into clean product logic, system flows, and measurable outcomes.

Location: N01T1 Ngoai Giao Doan, Xuan Dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam

Salary: 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND (Gross)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1⃣ Business Analysis & Product Design

Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.

Translate business needs into clear product logic, system specifications (BRD/SRS), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Design process maps (BPMN/flowcharts) and state diagrams for the full lending lifecycle.

2⃣ Product & Operational Management

Manage and prioritize the feature backlog based on business roadmap and impact vs. effort.

Monitor the end-to-end loan lifecycle: Origination → Appraisal → Disbursement → Repayment → Collections.

Identify operational bottlenecks and system constraints; propose data-driven optimization solutions.

3⃣ System Integration & API Coordination

Understand, map, and document REST API flows between core systems, banking partners, and e-wallets.

Collaborate with Tech teams on field-level data mapping, validation rules, and error handling.

Lead end-to-end testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to go-live.

4⃣ Reporting & Insights

Build operational dashboards and management reports to track product KPIs.

Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS

Primary Screening Criteria:

3–5+ years of experience as a BA/IT BA in consumer lending.

At least 2 years of direct experience with Cash Loan and Pay-Later (BNPL) products.

Genuine understanding of full loan lifecycle operations in banks, consumer finance companies, e-wallets, or FinTechs.

Technical & BA Skills:

Strong expertise in requirement elicitation, BRD/SRS documentation, data dictionaries, and API specifications (REST/JSON).

Hands-on experience with process modeling (Draw.io, Visio, Lucidchart) and requirement management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Proficient in Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, data validation) and PowerPoint for executive presentations.

Comfortable with cross-functional coordination (Product, Tech, Risk, Ops) and navigating ambiguity.

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to boost analytical productivity.

Nice-to-Haves:

Proficiency in SQL for querying operational data (Trino experience is a plus).

Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Core Banking, or Payment Gateways.

Proven track record of taking at least 01 partner API integration live.

Experience designing business rules (credit limits, penalty fees, repayment schedules, rollover, reconciliation).
