Senior Business Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and technology across our cards, payments, and lending/leasing ecosystem, built on OpenWay Way4.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with a solid foundation in Banking/Fintech/Payments or Lending/Leasing
• Experience with OpenWay Way4 or an equivalent core card/lending platform is a plus
• Prior experience as a dual-role PO or team mentor is a plus

Skills

• Strong requirement engineering and business modeling (BRD/SRS/PRD, BPMN, UML)
• Hands-on experience in system integration and API analysis; working knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of tokenization, EMV, 3DS, Visa VTS/Mastercard MDES is a plus
• Professional English; proficient with Jira, Confluence, Figma/Axure
• Comfortable using GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to speed up BA work

JOB DESCRIPTION

• BA lead across cards, payments, payment gateway, merchant portal, LMS, leasing, and P2P lending
• Own BRD, SRS, PRD, FSD and user stories from elicitation to release
• Analyze APIs and integration flows across Way4, gateways, and partners
• Partner with Dev, QA and UI/UX; support SIT/UAT and mentor junior BAs
