Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team.
• Participate in solution design, gap analysis, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), implementation and post-go-live support.
• Provide business consulting and recommend best practices to improve banking processes and system efficiency.
• Prepare functional documentation, business process flows, user guides and training materials.
• Conduct user training and support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure project deliverable meet business objectives, quality standards and agreed timelines.

Qualification:-

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in Core Banking implementation, enhancement, migration or digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience in Core Banking modules including Deposit, Loan, Trade Finance, Payments and General Banking.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional specification and system testing (SIT/UAT).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage to support collaboration with stakeholders based in China.
• Willing to travel when required for project implementation.
