Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Vietnam team!

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, tax filing, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. You will also work closely with our HQ team in Hong Kong on finance-related matters.

Job Description

• Prepare and finalize annual financial statements and quarterly reports, including PIT (personal income tax), VAT, and other statutory tax filings.
• Prepare financial documents, invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
• Maintain accounts receivable records and update as needed.
• Compile, update, and maintain company records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Work closely with headquarter in HK related to finance issue.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience; experience in a service company is a big plus!
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Experienced in related accounting application software, i.e. EasyBooks.
• A solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking abilities with proactive working attitude.
• Quick response, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working Proficiency Level in English and Vietnamese (Mandarin or Cantonese will be plus but not a must).
