Accountant Executive

I/ Position information:

• Position: Accountant Executive
• Department: Finance
• Job level: Executive
• Contract type: Full-time
• Working time: Mon to Fri, from 9:00 to 18:00

II/ Role objective:

• To ensure timely and accurate issuance of client VAT invoices and reliable oversight of tax reporting prepared by the outsourced tax agency, while supporting the Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations and compliance requirements..

III/ Responsibilities

1. Core Accounting Tasks (70%)

• Issue VAT output invoices to clients — check against contract/billing before issuance, follow up on payment.
• Review monthly/quarterly tax reports prepared by the outsourced tax agency (TMF) for accuracy before submission/sign-off.
• Submit FCT declaration and payment if any.

2. Supporting Tasks (30%)

• Verify bank transactions; check employee reimbursements against group/local policy.
• Support overseas payments operations, if any.
• Assist with business reporting, internal control processes, and ad-hoc requests from Finance Manager, auditors, or tax authorities.

IV/ Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, with practical exposure to invoice issuance and reviewing tax filings/reports.
• Solid understanding of VAT invoicing, AR/AP, and basic Vietnamese tax regulations.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently under deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• ACCA/CPA certification (in progress or completed).
• Prior accounting experience in the advertising, media, or marketing agency industry.
• Good command of Chinese.
