Warehouse Manager

• Location: District 2, HCMC
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30AM - 17:30PM)
• Hiring process: 2-3 Rounds
• Salary: Open to Negotiation + performance bonus (Will be discussed in final interview)
• Insurance: Full salary during 2-month probation, Social Insurance based on full salary
• Report Line: Regional Senior Warehouse Manager

With an extensive network of stores and a customer-first approach, they are expanding across Southeast Asia and are establishing their presence in Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, putaway, picking, staging & outbound
• Manage inventory accuracy, WMS and warehouse productivity
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and transportation operations
• Lead and develop warehouse teams, with ownership of KPIs and performance
• Drive process improvement, cost efficiency, digitalization & automation
• Ensure safety and compliance, including handling of sensitive/chemical products

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5–8 years of warehouse/DC experience, with 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role
• Experience in retail, FMCG or high-volume, multi-SKU environments preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with WMS, inventory control and warehouse optimization
• Experience with warehouse automation / Put-to-Light is a plus
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related fields
