Warehouse Manager

• Location: District 2, HCMC
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30AM - 17:30PM)
• Insurance: Full salary during 2-month probation, Social Insurance based on full salary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations within a fast-paced retail distribution environment. This includes managing inventory flow through receiving, putaway, picking (put-to-light and pick-from-pick-face), staging, and shipment processes. The role ensures optimal utilization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), maintains high accuracy and productivity levels, and coordinates closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team to support multi-category products including groceries, household goods, and cleaning chemicals, while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, putaway, picking, staging, and outbound shipments.
• Manage multiple picking methods including:
• Put-to-light system
• Pick-from-pick-face (carton, loose, and inner picking)
• Ensure efficient workflow planning and execution for high SKU volume and complex order profiles.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse layout, slotting, and picking strategies.

2. Inventory & System Management

• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock integrity within the WMS.
• Monitor stock movements, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement in system utilization and process automation.

3. Logistics & 3PL Coordination

• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for truck arrangements and dispatch planning.
• Monitor delivery schedules, turnaround times, and service performance.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and ensure timely shipment fulfillment.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Set KPIs and monitor team performance (productivity, accuracy, safety).
• Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage handling and storage of sensitive goods (e.g., cleaning chemicals) in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular safety audits and enforce best practices.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and productivity enhancements.
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives within warehouse operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business, Retail, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience

• 7+ years total, 3-5 years in Warehouse Manager role

• Must have valuable retail/FMCG experience in Vietnam

Skills

• Deep knowledge of Vietnamese retail market, consumer behavior, and import regulations

• Strong Excel, ERP (SAP/Navision); data‑driven decision‑making

• Fluent English + Vietnamese (written & spoken)

• Strong negotiation, leadership, cross‑team coordination
