Position Title:Training Manager
Reports To: Head of Marketing & E-commerce
Objective of role:
As the Training Manager, the primary focus is on developing and executing comprehensive training strategies that enhance the sales performance of field teams in both Vietnam and Cambodia.
This role emphasizes building effective training programs that address skill gaps, particularly in selling techniques, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with the organizations core values.
The Training Manager will also act as a facilitator, leveraging expertise in fashion and lifestyle to engage and inspire teams. Additionally, aligning learning initiatives with the unique aspects of the company culture ensures that development strategies contribute not only to individual growth but also seamlessly integrate with the overarching organizational ethos.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
I/ Specific Responsibilities:
- Development of Training Programs: Design, implement, and evaluate targeted training programs tailored to the unique needs of the sales teams in both markets.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust training initiatives accordingly.
- Skill Development: Create specialized training modules for team members who require additional support in selling skills, ensuring they are equipped to meet performance expectations.
- Livestream Training Development: Develop and implement training programs focused on livestream selling techniques for platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop, aligning with current retail trends.
- Social Media Mastery: Guide and train teams on effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement, leveraging platforms to drive sales.
- Cascading Marketing Programs: Effectively cascade marketing initiatives to the field team, ensuring alignment and strong connections between marketing strategies and sales execution.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to training and development, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitation: Serve as a dynamic facilitator during training sessions, utilizing knowledge in fashion, style, and lifestyle to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

- Graphic Design Tools: Basic skills in graphic design software to create engaging training materials and presentations.
- Livestream Technologies: Familiarity with livestream platforms and technologies, enabling effective training delivery in a digital format.
- Social Media Proficiency: Mastery in social media platforms and tools, with the ability to teach best practices for engaging audiences and driving sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a training or managerial role.
- Strong presentation and coaching skills, capable of motivating and inspiring sales teams.
- Passion for the fashion and lifestyle industries, with a keen eye for trends and details.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the capability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
