Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across both performance and brand-building objectives. This role will be split equally between:
- eCommerce digital planning, media buying optimization, and performance reporting with a strong ROAS focus
- Brand marketing initiatives to drive awareness and traffic to our offline stores
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with hands-on experience in managing digital media campaigns across various platforms and a deep understanding of omnichannel consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
1. eCommerce Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital media plans to drive online sales, optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
- Lead media buying across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Affiliate, Programmatic, etc.) ensuring budget efficiency and performance optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance daily/weekly/monthly using tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and data dashboards
- Collaborate with eCommerce, creative... to align on campaign goals, assets, and audience segmentation
- Conduct A/B tests, attribution analysis, and consumer journey reviews to refine campaign strategies
- Own the digital media performance dashboard and drive actionable insights
2. Branding & Offline Traffic Generation
- Develop integrated digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and store footfall
- Implement and optimize offline conversion tracking to measure the impact of digital campaigns on in-store purchases, using tools such as Meta Offline Events, Google Ads Offline Conversions, and CRM integration
- Work closely with Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams to align campaign messaging, promotional priorities, and retail calendars
- Strategize and execute media plans (including video, display, social, influencers, KOLs, O2O mechanics, etc.) to support offline activations, new store openings, and key retail events
- Track and report on the impact of branding campaigns on brand lift, engagement, and in-store visits
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in performance marketing with strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, attribution, and audience targeting
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and marketing analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Familiarity with online-to-offline marketing techniques and tools for measuring offline traffic
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with an eye for branding and storytelling
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
