Digital Marketing Assistant Manager (VN)

Key Responsibilities:
1.Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive member acquisition (New Registrations & Potential Members) in the Vietnamese market.
2.Interpret and analyze advertising and new member data to generate actionable insights.
3.Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and local Vietnamese channels.
4.Recommend innovative ad tools and content strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the local market.
5.Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and culturally relevant content tailored to the Vietnamese audience.
6.Analyze key marketing performance criteria, including:
- Data interpretation and acquisition funnel tracking
- New player ARPU (Average Revenue Per User)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Fluency in Vietnamese (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a Vietnamese consumer market.
Solid knowledge of advertising platforms and digital analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Programmatic, etc.
Proficiency in AI tools or platforms (will be considered an added advantage).
