Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to drive our affiliate marketing programs in high-value categories such as Finance, Travel, and Forex across mature markets, including Brazil (BR), Japan (JP), the United States (US), and the United Kingdom (UK). This role is pivotal in scaling our affiliate revenue from an initial $3M USD annually, with targeted growth of 20-30% year-over-year. You will achieve this by forging strategic partnerships with well-known brands and high-market-share players. You will lead the acquisition and optimization of affiliates (including influencers, publishers, and agencies) in a remote, multi-national environment, ensuring operational efficiency from onboarding to payouts.

Our Mission:

To build and expand a robust affiliate ecosystem that delivers sustainable revenue growth in regulated, high-margin categories like Finance (e.g., banking, investments), Travel (e.g., bookings, tourism), and Forex (e.g., trading platforms). Your mission is to capture significant market share in mature economies by partnering with globally recognized brands (e.g., Expedia for Travel, Forex.com for Forex, or American Express for Finance), while navigating compliance and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.

Long-Term Vision:

Over the long term, this role offers the opportunity to scale a multi-national team (starting from 5-10 members and growing to 15-20+), establish Ecomobi as a leader in global affiliate marketing for Finance/Travel/Forex, and achieve exponential revenue growth (e.g., $3M in year 1 to $5-6M by year 3). You will contribute to company-wide expansion, process innovation, and cross-border collaborations, with potential for promotion to senior leadership as we enter new mature markets.

This position is open to Vietnamese nationals or international candidates, with fully remote/online work options to support a diverse, global team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate Program Management & Strategy

  • Develop and implement affiliate strategies tailored to Finance, Travel, and Forex categories, including CPS/CPA models, commission structures, cookie durations, and tracking systems (e.g., Impact.com, CJ Affiliate, Awin).
  • Focus on high-value partnerships in mature markets (BR, JP, US, UK) to drive initial $3M USD revenue and 20-30% annual growth.

2. Market Development & Partner Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire key affiliates (publishers, influencers, agencies) and well-known brands with significant market share (e.g., brands holding 20%+ in their category like Booking.com or SBI FX).
  • Prioritize strategic outreach to high-impact partners in target markets, conducting negotiations to secure exclusive deals and expand market presence.

3. Campaign Optimization & Analytics

  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics (GMV, CR, EPC, ROI) for campaigns in regulated categories.
  • Run A/B tests and leverage data insights to improve conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., GDPR in UK, SEC in US, FSA in JP).
  • Generate regular reports on revenue progress, market share gains, and actionable insights for leadership, tracking progress toward the $3M USD year 1 target and subsequent growth.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Build and manage a multi-national team (remote/online, across VN, BR, JP, US, UK), including recruitment, training, and performance guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative culture in a diverse, cross-timezone environment to support revenue scaling.
  • Work with internal teams (Media, Content, Legal, Operations, Finance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution, from onboarding affiliates to handling payouts and fraud detection.

5. Risk Management & Budget Ownership

  • Manage campaign budgets for cost-effectiveness and mitigate risks (e.g., fraud in Forex campaigns).
  • Own revenue/profit targets in target markets.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, ensure affiliate policy adherence, and maintain a high-quality portfolio compliant with category-specific regulations (e.g., AML/KYC in Finance/Forex).
Competencies

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent English (verbal/written).
  • Proven experience in global campaigns (a plus if in Finance/Travel/Forex or mature markets like US/UK/JP/BR).
  • Strong network of global affiliates/partners.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in Affiliate/Performance Marketing.
  • Proven expertise in developing global affiliate strategies for high-value categories (Finance, Travel, Forex) and platforms like Impact.com, CJ Affiliate, Awin, or Affise.

Market Development & Partner Acquisition:

  • Strong track record in expanding into mature markets (BR, JP, US, UK).
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure partnerships with high-impact players and build networks of publishers/influencers.

Data & Analytics:

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in metrics like GMV, CR, EPC, ROI.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and analytics tools.

Leadership:

  • Experience building and leading multi-national teams (remote/online, cross-cultural), including recruitment, training, and process improvements in a global setting.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Knowledge of fraud detection and regulatory compliance in Finance/Travel/Forex (e.g., GDPR, SEC, FSA).
