Responsibilities
Responsible include but are not limited to the following:
-Compensation Management: Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
+ Develop and administer salary structures, pay scales, and job evaluations.
+ Manage annual salary review and bonus programs, including communication and implementation.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee
benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compensation and
benefits data. Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics, including cost
analysis and budget forecasts.
- Policy Development and Implementation for the Organization
- Performance Evaluation/Assessment: Design and administer performance evaluation systems.
Assist in developing performance appraisal processes. Provide guidance on performance reviews
and disciplinary actions.
+ Evaluate potential candidates for future roles and track their development progress.
+ Provide insights and recommendations for talent development and readiness.
- Training and Development: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various assessment methods and develop tools to measure learning outcomes and behavioral changes post-training.
