We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager (Solar & BESS Business) to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the solar, battery energy storage, and EV charging sectors, while building strong customer and partner relationships.
Offer up to $5000 + multiple months&apos bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Product Solution Design: Understand customer requirements, design and adapt optimal product solutions, prepare bidding configurations and quotations, and resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, analyze customer needs and market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end sales projects, coordinate resources, and ensure successful delivery to achieve business targets.
- Ecosystem Partner Development: Identify, engage, and maintain partnerships within the ecosystem, establish effective communication channels, and collaborate with partners to deliver customer value.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical, Energy, or Power Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar, battery ESS, EV charger, or related power equipment sales/integration.
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent teamwork, presentation, analytical, and persuasive skills.
- Proficient in English (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent, both spoken and written).
