Job Description

Exion Vietnam Company Limited is a leading flow control solutions provider under the SWTS Asia group. As part of the Exion Asia familyformed from the combined strengths of Exion Asia, Encord, OSA Valve, and CSIwe deliver total solutions in flow control distribution, servicing, and engineering.

We specialize in supplying high-performance, specialty-engineered products including valves, rotating equipment, and instrumentation, with equal focus on repair and servicing capabilities. Our solutions support a wide range of industries such as oil & gas, chemical, palm oil refining, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, marine & offshore, power generation, and semiconductors.

Due to expansion, Exion Vietnam Co., Ltd has openings for the following one (01) position Technical Sales Engineer - Valves (Thermal Power Industry).

Working location: Northern Vietnam (based in Ha Noi office - 14th Floor, Zen Tower, 12 Khuat Duy Tien Street, Thanh Xuan Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within the thermal power industry.
  • Follow existing customers to close and secure orders for the pending opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including power plant operators, EPCs and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to secure new projects and orders.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

+ Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical support to clients on valve selection/issue/installation/maintenance.
  • Conduct training/seminar sessions for clients on the upgrade solution, preventive maintenance of valve products.
  • Conduct plant walkdown to record install base, understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, regulations related to the thermal power sector.

+ Project Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, project status, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the valve industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of valve products and their applications in the thermal power industry (advantage).
  • Strong understanding of the power generation sector in Northern Vietnam (advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • B1/B2 driving license is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with EPCs and power plant operators.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the thermal power industry.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
