About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in APAC. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong background in the logistics sector, eager to play a key part in attracting and hiring top talent to support our business expansion

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for critical and volume logistics roles, including operations, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain functions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best talent fit

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Support

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plan.
  • Provide expert guidance on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide regular updates on hiring progress

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey
  • Communicate effectively and maintain timely follow-ups with candidate

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using the ATS
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance hiring efficience
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience with the strong focus on E-commerce or Logistic
  • Strong knowledge of the logistics labour market and familiarity with operational and technical job profiles
  • Proven success in using various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Mandarin & English
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
