Job Description:

Acquire new sellers from North/Northeast regions of Thailand: source and onboard new sellers, including both social and corporate sellers.
Maintain & develop relationships: build and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.
Support sellers: assist sellers in resolving operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage payments: oversee and manage timely seller payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor ADO: track and monitor the Average Deal Orders (ADO) for each seller, ensuring performance goals are met.
Industry trend analysis: study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any field
Experienced in Sales / Key Account Management positions
Able to communicate in English is a plus
Must have experience in logistics / delivery service
Able to work in fast-paced or performance-driven environment
Able to travel to Bangkok office twice a month
