Job Description

Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Assistant (Sales Admin), you will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams. You will proactively manage orders, foster strong client relationships, support sales operations, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction from order placement through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quotation Handling

  • Receive BOM lists from Sales or Customers and forward them to the Sourcing team for pricing.
  • Support the price negotiation process with suppliers to achieve customer target pricing.
  • Provide final quotations to the Sales team, or directly to Customers when required.
  • Recommend purchase and selling prices to Sales, ensuring alignment with company profitability targets.

2. Customer Care

  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing timely updates on order status.
  • Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Create, manage, and regularly update customer profiles and records in the system.

3. Order Tracking

  • Support the Sales team in entering bookings into the companys CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding orders, proactively resolving potential issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (or internship) in inside sales, customer service, or sales administrationpreferably within electronics, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving skills and service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM or ERP experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
