Position

Title: Sales / Project Executive (B2B)

Direct Supervisor: Branch General Manager / Sales Manager

Direct Subordinates: None

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Achieve individual booth sales targets for international exhibitions by identifying, approaching, and converting exhibitors in assigned industries.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline (minimum 3x target coverage) of target exhibitors in key sectors (e.g., Baby Products & Toys) through proactive outbound outreach (including but not limited to calls, emails, LinkedIn) and effective communication.
  • Manage the end-to-end exhibition process, including exhibitor onboarding, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle exhibitor inquiries and provide timely support on logistics, documentation, and participation-related matters.
  • Resolve issues during the exhibition process (e.g., booth adjustments, material loss) to ensure a smooth exhibitor experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with exhibitors to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business, upselling and referrals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, sales cycle) and continuously improve sales productivity and closing effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership, resilience, and accountability in a target-driven environment where consistent performance is expected.
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development; experience in exhibition or event sales is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, able to independently prepare and manage sales reports.
