Role Description
Sales & Revenue Development
Promote and sell available cargo capacity from SKYPAC-represented airlines and other partnered or contracted airlines/cargo operators.
Negotiate rates, space allocations, and block-space agreements with freight forwarders, consolidators, and logistics providers.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market networking and industry connections.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by SKYPAC management.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing co-load customers and develop new customer accounts.
Provide excellent service and proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular sales visits and follow-ups to strengthen business relationships.
Market Monitoring & Pricing
Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and pricing strategies to management.
Coordination & Liaison
Coordinate with airline capacity control teams, partner carriers, and operations staff to confirm bookings and manage space commitments.
Ensure accurate booking entries in airline and SKYPAC systems.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer performance, and revenue.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market intelligence, and performance updates to management.
Credit & Payment Follow-Up
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from customers.
Assist in resolving billing disputes or payment issues promptly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1.Revenue Achievement Monthly and quarterly cargo sales revenue versus targets (combined from
SKYPAC-represented and partner/non-represented carriers).
2.Space Utilization Rate Percentage of allocated capacity sold and uplifted.
3.New Business Development Number of new co-load accounts or airline capacity sources secured.
4.Customer Retention & Growth Growth in volume and revenue from existing co-load customers.
5.Market Intelligence Reporting Timeliness and quality of submitted market trend and competitor pricing reports.
6.Collection Efficiency Percentage of receivables collected within agreed credit terms.
7.Sales Activity Level Number of meaningful client meetings, calls, and follow-ups conducted monthly.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in air cargo sales, preferably in GSA, airline, or freight forwarding.
Proven experience in co-load, block space sales, or multi-airline space brokerage is an advantage.
Skills:
Good understanding of air cargo operations, pricing, and capacity management across multiple airlines.
Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and cargo systems (e.g., Cargospot, Hermes).
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
