​Job Overview And Responsibility

­ _Lead NPI quality issue and document

­ _Review product quality specifications

­ _Manage environmental regulations or material composition certificates (CoC/MSDS)

­ _Customer complaint handling (8D) and tracking

­ _Manage customer audit and 3rd party audit

­ _(New) Supplier quality audit / audit plan

­ _Manage regional ECN/ECR change processes and assess quality impact

Required Skills and Experience

­ _Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, with experience in packaging or manufacturing industries preferred.

­ _Problem solving methodology (8D, fishbone, failure tree, 5 why and 7 QC tools)

­ _Knowledge of PPAP, SPC, MSA

­ _ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate or equivalent

­ _English proficiency: TOEIC 500 or equivalent (can communicate)

­ _Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering ­ Management, statistics, or Printing­related fields.
