About Company Central & Hire Central:
Company Central is a fast-growing tech startup developing Hire Central (www.hire-central.ai), an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that helps companies streamline and optimize their recruitment processes through automation. We are currently in the go-to-market stage in Vietnam, with strong ambitions to expand across Southeast Asia.
Our current pain points:
- We are a new player with an emerging brand.
- The ATS market in Vietnam is still at an early stage, so many clients don't fully understand the ROI of investing in an applicant tracking system.
- Our target clients often have high-volume recruitment needs but lack standardized processes.
What you will solve:
- Build trust with clients by educating them on the real value of optimizing recruitment with an ATS.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients to ensure healthy and sustainable sales.
- Approach decision-makers at multiple levels, from HR Managers/Directors to C-level executives.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive B2B SaaS sales activities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to close deals, while building long-term client relationships.
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes and onboarding experience.
- Deliver regular reports on performance, pipeline, and opportunities to the Management Team.
Challenges you will face:
- Startup environment: many things are still being built, processes are not fully mature, and resources are limited.
- Clients may take time to build trust: you will need to be patient and deliver real, practical value.
- Strong competition: you will need to sell based on real solutions, not just price.
- Team spirit: Be proactive, share ideas, and actively contribute to growing the product and making the sales process as smooth and effective as possible.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 02 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR Tech, or enterprise software.
- Act as a true business development professional, proactively reaching out and finding new clients through various channels. Having a strong network in the HR industry is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
- A consultative sales mindset: able to understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions.
- Proactive, self-managed, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Vietnamese, with working-level English communication skills.
