Sales Manager

We are looking for Sales Manager for Vietnam/Myanmar location.

Age Criteria: 33 years Max.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives and expand market reach.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals and set territory sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.

Conduct market research, analyse competitor activities and customer needs, and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Oversee promotional activities, provide product information, and collaborate with marketing and product development teams to increase product visibility and sales.

Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

Work with cross-functional teams, such as regulatory and supply chain, to ensure product registration, availability, and smooth order processing.

Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and allocate resources effectively to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Skills

At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Team Handling.

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong presentation skills

In-depth product knowledge of pharmaceutical products

Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
