Prime Commerce is currently promoting 3 core aspects: technology products and service in communication strategy and sales distribution (FMCG).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Setting Up & Developing Distribution Processes:
Design and implement a comprehensive offline sales and distribution strategy.
Establish operational workflows, SOPs, and best practices for the new distribution model.
Define KPIs and success metrics for sales performance and distribution efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams to align processes, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Identify potential distributors, retail partners, and new market opportunities.
Oversee the setup and scaling of the new distribution network, ensuring long-term sustainability and efficiency.
2. Managing Offline Channels:
Develop and execute sales & distribution strategies for offline channels.
Be responsible for achieving sales targets, market coverage, and display objectives.
Build and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and store owners.
Ensure proper implementation of trade promotions, pricing strategies, and display standards.
Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and competitor activities to optimize distribution plans.
Work closely with marketing & trade marketing teams to ensure effective promotion execution.
3. Team Recruitment & Development:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team.
Set clear KPIs, provide coaching, and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met.
Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews to maintain a strong execution level.
Develop incentive programs to motivate the sales team and drive business results.
Lead the hiring, onboarding, and team structure planning for the new business unit.
4. Operational, Import, and Customs Management:
Develop and standardize workflows between sales, distribution, import, and other departments.
Manage records, contracts, and documents related to distribution, import, customs clearance, and sales operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, import regulations, customs procedures, and distribution agreements.
Prepare business activity reports and propose solutions to improve efficiency in distribution, import, and customs operations.
5. Other Responsibilities:
Represent the company in strategic negotiations with key distributors and retail partners.
Identify new market opportunities and optimize the existing distribution network.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in sales & distribution, preferably in FMCG, food, or beverage industries.
Proven experience in setting up distribution networks, building sales teams, and establishing processes.
Strong knowledge of offline channels.
Excellent skills in negotiation, sales planning, and market analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure, solve problems proactively, and drive results.
Good command of English (spoken & written).
Prior experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or other fast-moving consumer goods industries is an advantage.
