Job Description

Job purpose

Managing the regional sales activities to achieve the sales targets within the approved budget and providing customers and consumers with good services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing sales strategies for specific regions and the region&aposs KPIs and budget to ensure all sales activities are in line with the company sales strategies and meet set KPIs for sales volume, distribution expansion and special projects
  • Setting and controlling Local Marketing Expenses, overhead budget to ensure the sales programs are implemented as scheduled and efficiently.
  • Managing and developing the distribution system and channels in the region to achieve the sales and Commercial targets and to increase market share.
  • Handling all issues relating to distributors and evaluating their performance regularly in order to have the appropriate actions/adjustments.
  • Following and analyzing the sales performance through database, market visits and competitors&apos activities to have the appropriate actions.
  • Giving the proposals/recommendations for revising or changing the sales policy in accordance with the market changes.
  • Monitoring, leading, coaching and training sales teams to improve their performances, to enhance their skills in achieving the sales and Commercial targets, to provide customers/ consumers with good services and to be in compliance with the selling standards.
  • Being accountable for deploying the activities and issues of Promotion Coordinators and Promoters to ensure their performance meets company&aposs standards.

Job requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management abilities.
  • High level of integrity with strong negotiation skills.
  • Solid planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
