Key Responsibilities
- Client Development: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients in the Vietnam market to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Channel Expansion: Establish and grow local sales channels, building a strong network of business leads.
- Supplier Development: Work closely with the procurement team to source and onboard high-quality suppliers in Vietnam, strengthening and optimizing the supply ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- 5+ years of experience in the TMC/OTA industry preferred; hands-on experience in international/domestic air ticketing operations is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in airline, hotel procurement, and supply chain management.
- Proven track record in B2B corporate client service models, with successful cases in the Southeast Asian market preferred.
- Keen market awareness with the ability to adapt quickly to diverse cultural environments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and external negotiation skills; experience in building business networks from the ground up.
- Data-driven mindset with strong execution skills to achieve business growth targets.
