Job Description

ORIENTAL LOGISTICS VIETNAM (https://orientalair.com/en) is a dynamic freight forwarding company committed to delivering innovative logistics solutions to our global clients. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive market expansion, build and lead our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic market development plans to expand customer base and increase revenue.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven track record in market development and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
