Reports to: Head of Representative Office
Working Hours: Monday Friday: 8:00 17:30, Saturday: 8:00 12:00
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies aligned with market trends and the companys direction to maximize revenue growth and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the target market.
- Lead and develop the sales team to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with the companys growth strategy.
- Negotiate and close contracts with customers, ensuring a winwin approach that balances company and client interests.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and recommend service improvements.
- Support sales staff in their day-to-day activities and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and branches to deliver the best service solutions.
- Organize team resources efficiently, promoting teamwork and leveraging each members strengths.
- Achieve departmental KPIs and ensure business targets are met.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Trade, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales within the Logistics industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial or team leader role.
- Strong communication in English (Chinese is an advantage).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales with sharp market awareness.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and risk management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and responsibility.
- Professional working style with leadership capability to inspire, coach, and guide the team.
