Role Summary
Drive sales growth for PV mounting systems across Vietnam. Own territory strategy, develop/close business with EPCs, installers, and distributors, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver project-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Vietnam sales strategy with strong target orientation to exceed revenue/margin goals.
- Source, qualify, and close opportunities in utility, industrial, and rooftop segments.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles and prepare competitive commercial proposals.
- Communicate proactively with engineering for technical support and pre-/post-sales solutions.
- Deliver market insights and sales forecasts; represent the company at key industry forums.
Qualifications
- Prioritized: Fluent Vietnamese + Mandarin. Excellent English proficiency.
- Highly results-driven with 3+ years closing deals in Vietnams industrial/B2B sectors
- Exceptional negotiation + cross-functional collaboration skills; adept at stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales pipelines with customer-focused problem-solving.
- Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
