Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Qualification: Actively identify, research, and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Outreach & Prospecting: Execute outbound prospecting strategies to initiate conversations with potential clients and create interest in Quantum Codes&apos professional services and products.
- Discovery & Needs Analysis: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospect&aposs business needs, challenges, and goals, and determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM software, logging all sales activities and prospect interactions.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, create sales collateral, and contribute to overall sales strategy.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications- Bachelor&aposs degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and fluent in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong desire to grow a career in sales and business development.
