Sales Development Representative

Quantum Codes is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is a critical part of our sales engine, focused on the initial stages of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified leads and will be passionate about technology, particularly in the fields of Cloud, AI, and Product Innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Actively identify, research, and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Outreach & Prospecting: Execute outbound prospecting strategies to initiate conversations with potential clients and create interest in Quantum Codes&apos professional services and products.
  • Discovery & Needs Analysis: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospect&aposs business needs, challenges, and goals, and determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM software, logging all sales activities and prospect interactions.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, create sales collateral, and contribute to overall sales strategy.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting quotas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong desire to grow a career in sales and business development.
