We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role offers a unique opportunity for motivated, ambitious individuals to build a solid foundation in B2B sales, gain hands-on experience with SaaS solutions, and work directly with executives and decision-makers from top enterprises in Vietnam.

Job Summary:

TheSales Development Representative (SDR)is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for the account executive team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their challenges, and positioning our solutions. Your primary focus will be outbound prospecting through multiple channels, with the goal of generating high-quality leads and booking meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting:Proactively research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within those organizations using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, CRM, Sales Navigator, etc.).

Lead Qualification:Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet key criteria for sales opportunities, focusing on company size, needs, budget, and decision-making process.

Discovery Calls:Conduct initial discovery calls with prospects to gather insights into their pain points, business challenges, and goals. Assess whether they are a good fit for our product.

Collaboration with Sales Team:Work closely with account executives to pass on qualified opportunities, ensuring smooth transitions from lead generation to deal closure.

CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and pipeline progress in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation.

KPI & Metrics Tracking:Qualified meetings done.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ year of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (experience in SaaS or tech sales is a plus but not required).

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.

High level of comfort with cold calling and cold emailing.

Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B SaaS sales or tech sales.

Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, or Apollo.io.

Understanding of solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches.

Competitive base salary + performance-based commission structure => Total income: 10-15M
