Job Title: US Sales Representative

Location: Trung Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi Vietnam

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday

Salary: Negotiate

Job Overview:

Distinctive Kitchen is seeking a results-driven Cabinet & Countertop Sales Representative to expand our B2B and B2C business. The successful candidate will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with multi-family builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the U.S. market, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, preparing and presenting accurate quotes, and guiding customers through the entire sales process -from initial consultation to final installation - ensuring a seamless and professional experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B and B2C sales of cabinets and countertops within the U.S. multi-family housing market.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and build relationships with new and potential clients/partners.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with multi-family customers, ensuring repeat projects, ongoing partnerships, and strong referral business.
  • Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand project scope, design preferences, budget, and timeline; provide expert product recommendations and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from delivering accurate bids, quotes, and proposals through final installation.
  • Monitor U.S. market trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations in cabinetry and countertops to strengthen sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business or a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in international sales, preferably to the US market.
  • Proficiency in English & computer literacy is required.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
