About the Role

We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer – Network to provide hands-on support for enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in routing, switching, firewalls, wireless networks, troubleshooting, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for enterprise network incidents, service requests, and changes.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments.
• Manage routing and switching infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco Firepower.
• Support wireless infrastructure including Cisco, Aruba, and Meraki.
• Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot potential issues.
• Perform firmware upgrades, patching, configuration backups, and network maintenance.
• Participate in network implementation, migration, and optimization projects.
• Prepare and maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex network issues.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Routing: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• Switching: VLAN, STP, EtherChannel; VxLAN preferred
• Firewalls: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower
• Wireless: Cisco, Aruba, Meraki
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, and QoS.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Good knowledge of network security and operational best practices.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex L2 network issues.
