Postsales Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Tech Lead, ensuring technical aspects in project deployment for Internet Access services (DIA, IP Transit...), SD-WAN/MPLS, SI (Network/Wireless/Security), Managed Services, etc.
• Handle Level 2 technical incidents related to provided services, ensuring quality and customer experience.
• Research and evaluate new product lines.
• Build technical documentation, guidelines, and conduct training for junior team members.
• Onboard new company services and establish technical deployment standards to transition them into the operations team.
• Work with hardware/software from major vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Mikrotik, Fortigate, Palo Alto, etc.).

Job Requirements

• Education: College/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics - Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in SI deployment or as a Network Administrator.
• Technical Expertise:
• Solid networking knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLAN, STP, Etherchannel, ARP, DHCP, DNS, etc.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting VPNs, familiar with Firewall policy configuration, etc.
• Language: Basic English communication
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, high stress tolerance, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
