1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or National Sales Manager (NSM)
Channel: ETC Channel (Hospital)
Scope of Management: Nationwide
- Manage and oversee the entire ETC sales channel nationwide, including the ASM network, Medical Representatives, and hospital pharmacy systems.
- Develop, implement, and monitor business plans to ensure achievement of sales targets, product coverage, and market share both regionally and nationally.
- Propose market development strategies and expand the target customer network in hospitals and clinics.
- Recruit, train, lead, and develop ASM and MR teams to ensure execution capability and high performance.
- Closely coordinate with the Tender Department in developing tender strategies, preparing documents, and monitoring product bidding progress at hospitals.
- Work with the Marketing Department to build product support plans and implement brand promotion programs in the ETC channel.
- Monitor business indicators, regularly analyze data, prepare reports, and propose improvements to enhance business performance.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost optimization and effective investment.
- Represent the company in working with strategic partners and key customers at central and provincial hospitals.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (from University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Vietnam National University).
- At least 35 years of experience in ETC channel sales management (ASM, RSM, or NSM).
- Experience in tender participation, with a solid understanding of the hospital (ETC) pharmaceutical market (prescription drugs).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with industry stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required by the job.
