Job Summary:
Were hiring a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts across content, product, campaign planning, and digital channels. Youll play a key role in developing go-to-market strategies, managing cross-functional campaigns, and optimizing performance across platforms. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to drive brand growth and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Team Leadership
-Define and drive the marketing strategy in alignment with company objectives and market trends.
-Set clear KPIs, regularly assess team and campaign performance, and adapt plans as needed to meet targets.
-Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
2. Brand Management & Marketing Collateral
-Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels and materials.
-Own the creation and management of product-related marketing materials, including product information on selling platforms, user manuals, packaging content, and advertising assets.
-Ensure all materials are tailored to the needs of different customer segments and aligned with product positioning.
3. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
-Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
-Manage advertising budgets strategically to maximize return on investment (ROI) and performance efficiency.
-Monitor campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and apply data-driven insights to enhance future initiatives.
4. SEO, Website & Social Media Management
-Lead SEO efforts through effective keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical improvements to boost organic search visibility.
-Oversee the company website to ensure a seamless, up-to-date, and conversion-optimized user experience.
-Manage social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring consistent engagement and brand alignment across platforms.
-Track performance analytics and audience insights to continuously refine content and engagement strategies.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
-Partner with internal teamsincluding Sourcing, Operation, and Tech to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
-Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to support campaign development and execution.
-Provide marketing support for product launches, promotions, and special events, ensuring timely communication and effective rollout.
Requirements:
-35 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, tech, smart home, or PC cooling products.
-Proficiency in English is a must.
-Proven ability to develop and manage integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
-Proficient in running ROI-focused, multi-channel campaigns using platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SEO/SEM, and email automation.
-Strong leadership skills with experience managing and coaching marketing teams; excellent communication and organization.
-Skilled in brand management and content creation, including product listings, packaging, manuals, and promotional assets.
-Solid knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and social media content strategy. Data-driven with strong analytical skills; proficient in tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and Excel.
Working time:
Monday Friday ( 8h 17h30) and 2 hours on Saturday (optional from 8h 12h).
Benefits:
-Salary:$1200 $2000
-6-month bonus, holiday bonus, 13th month salary.
