I.BASIC FUNCTION
-Lead digital strategy and execution across CRM/App, Website, Email, Social, Search/Display, Viral, and Omni-channel/E-commerce.
-Oversee always-on and campaign activity (marketing database/CRM, email, display), ensuring channel integration and best practices.
-Build, manage, and optimize online & e-commerce budgets; track spend, ROI, and reconcile monthly.
-Own the social media ecosystem (planning, calendars, community) and strengthen brand visibility via digital PR, online publishers.
-Coordinate internal stakeholders and agencies/media partners; set clear briefs, goals and quality standards to improve results.
-Establish measurement and reporting (weekly/monthly performance, GA4/BI dashboards); deliver insights and actions.
-Monitor trends and emerging tech; design pilots and scale what works.
II.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) CRM (Members, App, Email/Push/SMS, Personalization)
-Own CRM strategy and lifecycle (onboarding, activation, repeat, win-back).
-Managing customers Segments (RFM/behavioral) and run automated, personalized journeys.
-Run CRM Campaigns, Monthly promotions on App/Web.
-Govern contact policy, consent, deliverability; integrate loyalty/vouchers into flows.
-Partner with IT/Agency on data quality and dashboards (CLV, retention, churn).
-Coordinate with Commercial/Trade, Operations, Finance and IT.
CRM KPIs: Active members, repeat rate, CLV, open/click, opt-out, reactivation.
2) Digital Marketing (Paid, Social, SEO/Content, Web/App)
-Build multi-channel media plans (Search/Shopping/Display/Video/Social); manage budget, agencies, and ROAS.
-Managing all social media platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin
-Drive SEO/content roadmap (technical/on-page/off-page) and brand social calendars.
-Lead CRO: tagging , landing pages, site/app user experience improvements.
Digital KPIs: Traffic, fan/follow growth, CTR/CPC/CPA, ROAS, keyword rankings, engagement, conversion rate.
3) E-commerce & Omni-channel (Web/App)
-Own online commercial plan: merchandising, pricing/promo calendar, PDP/PLP quality.
-Optimize funnel (search, cart, checkout), reviews/ratings, catalog/feed governance.
-Coordinate omni programs (Click & Collect/Ship-from-Store) and partnerships/affiliates.
E-comm KPIs: Online revenue/GMV, conversion rate, AOV, cancel/return rate via Shopee mall, Tiktok shop, Web/app MEDiCARE
4) Reports & Analytics:
-Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly reconciliations.
-Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

-Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all digital third parties & services companies as well as all internal department.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Good management skills
-Ability to delegate and multitask is a must.
