Job Description

The Purpose of Your Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will focus your efforts on translating business goals into integrated marketing plans that deliver measurable growth for our platform services and client brand projects. You will dive deep into performance, content, SEO, and social data, connect the dots across channels, and relay clear actions to partner teams to move the numbers that matter. Youll get your hands dirty building full-funnel plans, experiments, reports, and dashboards across online and offline touchpoints, and you will steward a disciplined measurement strategy that aligns spend with return on investment for priority user segments. If you see beyond the numbers, understand how channels work together, and can advise teams and clients with clarity and confidence, this role is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Alignment (40%)

  • Partner with Marketing Director and stakeholders to design and align quarterly/monthly growth plans.
  • Build integrated media strategies across search, social, display, video, native, and owned channels to drive awareness, conversion, and re-engagement.
  • Manage budgets, creative testing, channel strategy, and measurement framework (events, UTMs, experiments) to exceed KPIs.
  • Translate data insights (GA4, Looker Studio, SQL) into recommendations for content, performance, SEO, and product.
  • Ensure compliance, brand safety, and responsible activation of first-party audiences.

Leadership & Management (30%)

  • Lead cross-functional teams (Content, Social, Performance, SEO, Data, Product) to plan and optimize campaigns.
  • Act as a T-shaped leader with broad understanding to guide planning and de-risk execution.
  • Translate business goals into briefs, roadmaps, and clear success criteria; align and unblock teams, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Run performance reviews, highlight risks early, and scale learnings through playbooks.

Project Management & Client Advisory (20%)

  • Oversee execution of internal growth initiatives and client campaigns, ensuring resources, tracking, and approvals are ready.
  • Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Zalo, and SEO/content streams; optimize to hit CPL, CAC, ROAS, and booking targets.
  • Prepare client-facing reports linking spend to outcomes; support commercial team with cases, proposals, and forecasts.
  • Drive landing page and CRO improvements to boost lead-to-booking and show-rate.

People & Performance Management (10%)

  • Role-model Hello Health Groups values and lead performance management in line with company policy.
  • Set clear scopes, goals, and metrics for team members; hold regular reviews to drive accountability and growth.
  • Partner with HR on compliance and professional development.
  • Ensure projects are properly resourced, engaging freelancers/agencies when needed.

Who We Want

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 46 years managing end-to-end digital campaigns with a proven record across performance, content, SEO, and social.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; working knowledge of TikTok and Zalo.
  • Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy, and content that ranks and converts.
  • Highly performance- and data-driven with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets; SQL/BigQuery or BI exposure is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and guide specialists through precise, consistent communication and execution.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator in English; Vietnamese preferred.
  • Business-minded with a sharp focus on value creation for both our platform and client partners.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or digital health.
  • Technical proficiency in data analytics or tech tools:
  • Google Sheets
  • Power BI dashboards
  • SQL queries for insights and data retrieval
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) or similar marketing platforms.
