We are looking for a passionate and proactive IT Solution & Product Marketing Assistant Manager to join the Smart Business Solution team.
At this position, youll take the lead in marketing strategy, promotion, and lifecycle management for both products and IT-integrated solutions, including:
- Multifunction Copiers & Supporting Devices
- Information Display Panels (IDP)
- Interactive Whiteboards (IWB)
Youll work cross-functionally with Sales, Dealers, Service, and HQ to launch impactful go-to-market campaigns, deliver product & solution trainings, and drive market adoption across Vietnam.

- Working hour: Mon Fri 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
- Reporting line: Deputy General Manager (DGM)
Responsibilities:
- Solution Implementation & Configuration: Coordinate with technical and solution teams to deploy MFP-related IT solutions (on-premises & cloud) including system setup, database integration (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server), and solution customization.
- Solution Project Implementation: Support pre-sales activities by designing and proposing solutions, coordinating with HQ, cross-functional teams, and partners to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
- Proof of Concept (POC) Deployment & Optimization: Plan and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) projects to potential customers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Product & Solution Marketing: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for both standalone products and bundled IT solutions, including product launches, demo kits, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Customer Interaction: Participate in technical discovery and kick-off meetings, presenting solution benefits and ROI to clients.
- Training & Documentation: Prepare product/solution training content, conduct hands-on training for sales, service teams, and dealers; ensure documentation is complete and user-friendly.
- Market Research & Risk Management: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and potential risks; recommend improvements to increase adoption and reduce support issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance usability, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks as assigned by Department Head.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical fields (Marketing/Business degree with strong IT background will also be considered).
- Minimum 35 years experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or technical pre-sales in B2B/office technology industry.
- Strong understanding of Office solution (copier, printer, IWB), IT Solutions and document workflow solutions..
- Experience in managing project delivery, POCs, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with software development or system integration is an advantage.
