- Deployment: Monitor locker inventory and assist with deployment at commercial sites
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with locker vendors to address setup requirements and respond to business-related inquiries
- Troubleshooting: Help identify and resolve root causes of locker-related issues, such as missing or lost parcels and double bookings
- Locker Operations Specialist: Maintain a thorough understanding of locker systems and workflows to optimise efficiency and resolve operational challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
- Prior experience in sales or business development will be advantageous
